Broadband speed

Hello, I upgraded my broadband yesterday to the 500 fibre Max Because Our Internet was very bad and I couldn't play no console games due to it being so bad and I've tried to play again today and checked the speed and it's supposed to be at least 470 download  but it's 240 and uploads is 28 when it should be at least 58

@Bradley03 How are you checking the speed, and when you look at the service checker on sky what does the history look like.?
