Broadband speed

Hi I should be getting guaranteed 1000mbps but keeps dropping down below 300mbps

If you  have sky gigafast broadband  it's  900mps  to the hub, but you are meant  to have 600mps minimum  as i have that it's  is full fibre broadband to the property, as you are only getting  300mps i would  ring sky and get them to  do checks on your  broadband

WiFi speed shockingly low too average 50mbps

@peterlinley If that is what you are seeing on your account, then run the diagnostic to see what it reports. Have you just joined sky, or upgraded from fttc to fttp?

Do you have any boosters for the wifi, i would definitely  give sky a ring about that, i can only tell you from my personal  point as a fellow customer on here, i  have the wifi  max hub and a booster  pod and have no problems  with  my wifi

@peterlinley what package are you on ? What's your guaranteed minimum speed that sky will have provided when you joined ? Finally how are you connecting wired or wireless ?
