something that is puzzling me..
I'm on ultrafast broadband and have been paying for this service for many years but it seems my broadband speed is capped or seems to be capped at an average 30mbs when it should be around 60-70 mbs. I had an engineer pop out a week ago and he seemed surprised that the speed was capped and removed this 'capping' to show a speed of 66mbs from 29mbs however the following day it looks like it reverted back to 30mbs and has stayed like this for the last week with the internet dropping out intermittently throughout. Something doesn't seem right somewhere 🤔
