Broadband speed

I have been running broadband speed tests and we are constantly runnnjng at 400-500mb. I've just run again and we are at 80. I am laying a significant premium to achieve 900 and have never achieved it. I'd like a proposal on either reducing my monthly costs to reflect the poor speeds or a resolution to how to achieve what I'm paying for. Thank you, Neil

How are you carrying out these tests?

900Mbs is the speed expected to be delivered over optical cable to the router: it's completely different to expected speed received on wireless devices from the router (which is always zero Mbs on the other side of a few walls)

BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
