Broadband speed ok but WiFi not

I'm having trouble with my WiFi signal. I'm getting indications the WiFi is a challenge but when the test is done on broadband it comes out ok. It happens when I connect laptop when working from home. Microsoft Teams video calls drop out and the signal can drop off mid working when the router is showing all green lights. I've moved the router so it's higher up but it's still showing issues.  What else can I do here?
