Broadband speed extremely slow

My broad speed is terrible I cannot even work from home as will not upload any documents. My sons laptop won't download anything. Xbox shows on 87 mpbs sky shows 697 mpbs which cannot be correct as nothing is working. Which Test my broadband shows 87 mpbs. I have tried to phone sky but cannot get a human

The Sky app reports speed delivered over optical fibre and ethernet cable as far as the Hub, not WiFi from it.
