Broadband slow

I'm paying for superfast broadband but it keeps buffing every time I watch Netflix it is buffs and takes about five minutes to connect and play online game gaming and same thing it's happening. It's buffing. I rang up a month ago. I've got a new router and it's still doing the same thing. I'm not happy. I'm not paying for something. I'm not getting value from.

To avoid confusion, the word is 'buffering'

 

The temporary pre-loading of video or audio data from the internet into a device's memory before it plays.

 

Are you seeing this on a cabled or a wireless connection?
