Broadband slow and not working

We have been experiencing weeks of issues with the internet/broadband where I am considering moving providers as it stops working everyday and I need to reset the box.

I have checked the 'connection' via your app and it isn't stating any issues.

I am having to resort to connecting my mobile phone data to my work laptop and smart tv to get smooth running internet.

Why am I paying so much for internet/broadband through yourselves when it doesn't work! 
Please can you advise of my contract details with yourselves as if this is not resolved I will have to look for a different supplier.
