Broadband slow and dropping out. Full fibre recently installed. I am very unhappy.

Full fibre recently installed. Since then our user experience has been much worse than previous product. I am very unhappy. Independent speed checker shows regular drip out of signal with speeds down to <50mbps. Connectivity in the rest of the house is very poor. It was very good with previous product.

Same issues for me today. Sky service very slow.

Same for me.... install was 7 days ago and it has not been great ever since.

Im having the same problem only fitted fiber yesterday and signal is worse now than notmal broadband
