Broadband setup

My broadband box arrived today and the engineer is due to visit next Tuesday to set it up. I've managed to set it up myself and I'm working on Tuesday. 

Do I still need an engineer or could I cancel?

@KG10111  Do you have Sky broadband already? What was the engineer visit being set-up to do?

I've just moved so it's a new contract with sky.

When I set up the contract on the phone they just booked an engineer for the tv and separately for the broadband so I just presumed this was the norm.

@KG10111  Which broadband package did you take with Sky? Was it superfast or ultrafast broadband?
