Broadband set up

You have given me a date of 8th July to visit and set up my broadband but this date is not suitable as I will be on holiday. Openreach have been and advised that everything is in place to connect the broadband, so I need a date before 8th July or after 15th July. Please reply to confirm you have received this message.

@Susan+Southern  Have you been told that an engineer needs to visit or is this a remote activation?

You are not talking to Sky here this is a mainly customer to customer based forum and you'll need to call Sky to change the appointment
