My ultrafast broadband was installed Friday 28/07/24 but has never worked. The engineer explained the lights would cycle tjru the differant colours and it would tale several hours and could take until midnight.
it has now been 5 days, the lights keep changing and still no service. Have gone thru My Sky with the various instructions, testing the line, and been told a line test would be done within 72 hours, still nothing, no contact.
I have turned the hub & fibre interface box on & off several times, still no change & no service. Not impressed
Maybe time to give up, cancel & stick with Virgin

To make that easy I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
