Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@NKYBR and @Milly60 No one will investigate based on you posting here, the forum is customer to customer support with a few Sky staff who only work office hours.
If you've run through the troubleshooting and tried the connection test via the app without success you will have to call Sky to report the fault.
With regards to your security, I'm afraid no provider can offer 100% uptime, so if it's vital that you do then you need to invest in a backup solution.
