Broadband quality reduced

Hi Since work in the BH12 area, our broadband quality has reduced to sky glass. Programs freeze and do not load as well. Could you investigate please?

What about us that need the internet and paying for it my security isn't working

@NKYBR and @Milly60 No one will investigate based on you posting here, the forum is customer to customer support with a few Sky staff who only work office hours.

If you've run through the troubleshooting and tried the connection test via the app without success you will have to call Sky to report the fault.

With regards to your security, I'm afraid no provider can offer 100% uptime, so if it's vital that you do then you need to invest in a backup solution.
