Broadband problems.

I am not happy with my broadband. It disconnects at least once a day. My son's phone can't even download videos. I regularly lose the connection on my phone. I thought that my upgrade would solve any issues but if anything it's worse. The tests always show my broadband and WiFi connection are good, but that is not the case.
