Broadband problems

Can someone help me. I am having to turn off my Wi-Fi to get WhatsApp, Snapchat etc also Disney and some other apps are so slow to come up. I'm forever having to close them then go back in. All checks say internet is fine! Driving me crazy! Then the rigmarole to find the answers to questions or how to contact Sky 😡

Social media and streaming apps can be slow depending on your sky broadband shield settings

 

On your my sky app go to product settings and the broadband shield then increase the age limits to 18 or disable broadband shield
