For the last few weeks our broadband has been slower than it was. It is saying there is a connection at the hub and I follow all the instructions but it is never being fixed? What else can I do ?

I have the same problem so I would be interested in any advice you get.
Had sky for a couple of years and all has been fine until the day I cancelled an upgrade that was planned to go ahead, day after cancellation my broadband has been so slow it prevents me from getting onto sites. Unsure if this coincidence or not.
Interested to see if this is a common theme.
