Broadband problem outside my premises

My internet connection drops out periodically for a minute or so. I did all the checks and an engineer came and checked everything. HE TRACED THE FAULT TO OUTSIDE MY PREMISES. Quite specifically located. But he said he couldn't fix it there and then and that he would refer it up. Problem still persists. Any phonecalls just want to run the same tests every time.

When phoning Sky to chase them up about this which you will need to do say nothing if asked anything by the bot.

Thanks that method did work eventually. (Perhaps it works for all automated lines...?)🙂
