Broadband poor

I've just had an open-reach engineer out today regarding my broadband speeds. It's really low about average 25-40MBPS this has been like this for the past month and sky said they're isn't a fault. They're must be if this doesn't get fixed soon I will change providers

also can you post your router stats as per the link below and confirm which broadband product you have

Hi unfortunately it won't me log in to get the information. I put admin on the username and my Wi-Fi password as a password and nothing just takes me back to the log in page for the statics
