Our broadband connection is working, but authentication connections are failing across multiple unrelated services. Xbox login hangs after entering credentials and banking app gives a logged-out error. Both work immediately over mobile data. We’ve already rebooted the Sky Hub. There are also current reports of similar Sky issues in Glasgow/South Lanarkshire. Please check for a network-side routing, IPv6/MAP-T or MTU issue.
