Broadband order not dispatch

Hi I ordered for sky broadband since 25th of this month because a colleague said they are the best , but to my disappoint I noticed up till now on my app it has not been dispatched. And the engineer appointment is on the 4th of December. This is worrisome. Please what is happening

The broadband hub is usually dispatched to arrive a day or so before the line is activated so it could still show over the coming days and if it doesn't you will need to call Sky about this.
