I clicked through an ad and ordered broadband from Sky
thus has caused numerous issues
1. Even though I used my current email address for tv account it created a second broadband account which no one seems to be able to link to my tv account
2. As per the email I received my broadband should have been turned on today (Apr 2nd) We still don't have the router
3. sky contacted my old provider and ported the line over 31 March meaning I've had no broadband since then.
utter shambles-promised phone calls from customer service don't arise.
