Today (23 sept) there was an offer on my sky for a broadband offer my contract was expiring so I thought I would take the offer . I called sky and the agent and he did the change , at least that is what he said !
I received an e-mail confirming offer but it was wrong meaning I was paying more than the offer.
Called sky got through and was passed on to the loyalty team (45 min wait) . She said sorry and that she would sort it for me , I sent her a picture of the offer and was told when they had it she would call me back over 2 hours later nothing , except I have received another e-mail saying confirming your offer that is also wrong.
still waiting to hear from the loyalty team about this , it's a complete mess it does not help when someone says they will call you back and don't. I know they have the photo because I have the code generated I have to give to sky.
