Broadband off again

Broadband is off again same thing all the time this is getting beyond a joke but happy to put the money up every month for a service thats clearly not fit for purpose

Now the whole sky tv has gone what about ppl that work nights and come home to watch things everything has gone not tv no broadband and i can guarantee when i complain about it you will say all was up and running when its not

@Lrmason2102 Just like major roads get worked on at night so do the networks your broadband connection uses. The system needs to be msintained and upgraded particularly now with the roll out of fibre nationally and the requirement to remove Huawei kit from ISPs set ups..

This work is done in the early hours to inconveniencecthe fewest people unfortunately you are one of those afected . If the service comes back up by morning then that is by far the most likely explanation.
