Broadband not working
Hi. I have been having problems with my wifi yesterday and today where it just won't connect. I have recently upgraded to the full fibre however when the technician installed it he mentioned it won't connect yet because they have to dig up the road or something... because it's not connected to the fibre thing on the street (I have no idea) the point is that it's not working. So we are using our old broadband at the moment where it's just connected through a phone line. Our thinking is they have changed the plan without digging up the road yet therefore we are in a sort of limbo where the phone line won't connect because that's not our plan and we can't connect to fibre because it's not ready. What do we do?

Re: Broadband not working
What activation date have you been given to change over to fibre as it appears that Openreach will need to complete this outside work before this happens so if the meantime you contin ue using the broadband via the copper line as you have been doing. You should have a working phone line via the standard phone box connection in your home.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.

I think they're saying the FTTC/ADSL has been turned off? Maybe...
