Broadband not working
My broadband was working totally fine and then the TV paused and now the internet is down, despite checks saying everything is ok, all lights on the hub are green except the internet one which is either off or just a very very feint green. Can anyone help please?

There's nothing I can see online to say there's an outage anywhere, what about you? Where are you??

Did you run this line test:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Hi, I just went through all the steps and it's the PON light on the ONT that isn't on. Is this the problem and do you know if there's a way to fix this please? I've done all the switching off/on and moving cabling etc

The light being off will be the issue, as you have rebooted it if it hasn't come back on by tomorrow you will need to report this to Sky as there might be a fault somewhere.
