Broadband not working

hi everyone, i'm having issues with my Broardband, no devices are receiving Internet, mini Sky boxes,iPads etc, all four lights on my router are Green,  the Internet box on the wall there is a green light on the PON, green light on the power, no green light on the los and a flashing green light on the lan, I am receiving picture on the main Q box, i'm assuming that's because it's receiving signal from the dish. does anyone know what this issue could be?

@Skinnerireland Sky hub off for a couple hours, see if it gets a new wan IP and works again!

@Skinnerireland This seems to be the advice given when you have all the Green lights on the Sky Hub, it's up connected but the server is just not sending data to your Hub, i have never ever seen that in all the time with sky, but my SR203 is not connected on the wan currently so cannot do the quick way for the drop/reconnect to see if that is even still working for a new WAN IP pull. 

 

The hub does have to be off over the hour to get a new one, so if it does work please say.👍

Enjoy the Satilite for a couple hours, at least you have something to fall back on!
