Broadband not working

It's saying there is a broadband issue which is why my wifi isn't working. Run all the tests and it's saying everything is fine. What's going on?

Even if you’ve already tried it use this link to check to see if there are any broadband issues or outages nearby ~ (it doesn’t necessarily disclose a problem immediately and it takes a little while to update so perhaps try it again later).

This should determine if there's an identified fault, perhaps affecting multiple households.

If there aren't any then try running the line test here

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Once completed, if it reports back that all is okay click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

If you’re still having problems you may need to contact Sky to report it. The easiest way is to dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline if it’s still working.

Same here in Fareham. Outage map on down detector showing issues at sky. But router all green lights yet I'm getting same as you!

I'm in West Sussex, I'm working from home and it's driving me crazy. Run all the tests on the app and the links given on this thread. Just says 'everything's ok' but clearly it's not! 🤣

Same here, working from home. At least reassuring we are all in same boat and not a problem in house with our services, cables, router issue etc. Hopefully back on soon.

Same location here! Since joining Sky the broadband has been terrible even after 3 visits to 'fix' it. Not good enough as I'm also working from home.

Maybe it's a problem in our area that hasn't been picked up yet? I've had a few problems but nothing I've had to call out for yet as it has eventually sorted itself out on the same day. But I do find as soon as we have any kind of rain, even if it's very light rain, the connection is terrible!

To be honest, we've been with sky here in Fareham for 2.5 years and never had an issue like this. On downdetector it seems national issue as showing hotspots in every major city.
