Broadband not working

Hi, the broadband hub/router WiFi light is either completely off or flickering amber intermittently: our WiFi is down.

When I use the online check it's saying everything looks good but it's not. How can we fix this please?

@Lieze if the service checker in the My Sky app is not telling Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line give them a call to report the issue. The recent heavy rain will have inevitably caused faults so it msybe a few days before Openreach can check your line.
