Broadband not working

Hi I had some one come out yesterday to look at my broadband but he couldn't fix the problem said I would get a call to make appointment for outreach but not heard anything yet

You will have to call Sky and speak to them about this because if there is an external issue then Openreach will need to contacted to look into this for you.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
