Broadband not working

Hi my broadband has stopped working everything is fine but no Internet connection

Firstly, see what it shows from the following;

To check there are no current outages in your area;
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

Next, if not, would be worth try running a line test;
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

 

Also, bear in mind that Sky do run maintenance in the early hours, so if it's only gone down in last hour or so, that maybe the reason and it may come back online before soon.
