Broadband not working

Recently upgraded broadband and currently not working, broadband checker shows everything is fine but cannot connect?

@Concky its not a good morning to have a broadband fault as the storm will mean even if your fault is not duecttonstorm damage the engineers are going to be very busy. If the sevice checker doesnt tell you that Sky arexaware of a fault trybto call them but given a lot of other people will be trying yo do the same it coukd be difficult to getvthrough.
