I have forwarded a photo of my setup Ref: snm4d. I have tried resetting the hub with no affect. The lights on the hub are showing green for power and WiFi, the internet light is displaying orange, the phone light initially showed orange; however, now not displaying and light

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
