Broadband not working

I'm tired of my broadband cutting out constantly. When checking online it says there is no problem but I'm only able to use my sky broadband about 10% of the time. Its absolutely rubbish. I do the online help and it says everything is okay. So tired of it now

It keeps saying no Internet, the test says it's working and it's not won't do a speed test either.
