Good afternoon.
I've got issues with my sky broadband. My router is showing no internet and my BT fibre box has a red light in the Loss Of Signal part.
I've tried to get on to sky to get an engineer out but I'm ust not getting through to anyone. Can anyone help on here or put me through on live chat with sky?

Note that the service is not a live chat, replies are not instant and they may not reply after a certain time each day.
If the issue is pressing you may want to call instead.
