Broadband not working

Our broadband is not working but website says there is no fault.

@danyboy14 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

My bbeoadband isn't working either and it is telling me there is an issue with my connection but that's all I can do with it. I have green on power and Wi-Fi, amber on voice and nothing on internet.

I have the same issue. Broadband keeps dropping out. No light on the internet on sky box and PON light is now flashing on open reach box. Done all sky test and says everything is fine.
