Broadband not working for 2 weeks

I've had no broadband for over two weeks now. Sky are now saying it's a known software issue. Router keeps pulsing green light. Openreach have been out last week and can't find an issue. 

 

Anyone else having similar issues. Not exactly ideal and not what I expect from Sky
