My broadband isn't working although the power light and WiFi light is on but the internet light isn't.
Can't get through to anyone as all departments are closed. All the help on net, I have done and it says to call. How can they close when your whole TV runs in internet and your closed for the next 11 hours???

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Skygirp If there is a fault, which is likely then Sky wouldn't be able to fix iot remotely in any case it would have to be booked with the network Provider Openreach.

It's a few days the internet goes on and off, I have tried everything. I am in Uk

@Skygirp - I am having exactly the same problem since 28th June, engineer supposedly booked. Apparently the problem is outside the home so don't need to be in but I WFH so obviously need the Internet. When I call sky they just say an engineer is booked but cant say when for, still waiting !!!!
