Broadband not working after line reconnection

Hi

 

2 weeks ago we were disconnected due to non payment (changed accounts and didn't update sky) we paid the bill and it hasn't worked since. We have spoke to sky on numerous occasions who have sent a new hub, said there's no issues etc.

 

Now they have refered it to there networking team who haven't been in touch. We have rang daily and get the same excuses. Any ideas before we cancel our broadband/tv package? 

we live very rural and have to go to family as we have no signal at home and my other half works from home 3 days a week.
