Broadband not loading YouTube
Hi the last 2 nights meself and my children seem to be having issues loading YouTube when we click on a video it's just a black screen, soon as we disconnect and go to mobile data the video works

Try changing your broadband shield settings. You can do this via the MySky app or online here:
