Broadband not connecting
I just moved to my new flat and started an account with you it has been two days and I still can't get my broadband to connect. I have the ski max (white) and I just get a red light. I need to get it fixed as soon as possible

@Enrique92 What was the activation date that sky gave you, and have you also received a text from saying that the system is now active!
