Broadband not available but still have wifi
I just contacted sky regarding a bill and was told my broadband was cancelled ithour my knowledge yet I still get wifi and am paying for it I can't find an email address as already been on phone over 30 minutes and still confused

@Julie322 Sky do not use e-mail for general communications, it's a call to them for getting it sorted.
The sky Hub will and should always transmit the wireless wi-fi signal so yes you can have wi-fi but NO internet connection!
If you had a bill, not paid it and sky have restricted your services then THEY WILL not talk to you until you have paid and everything is in the clear, it is a policy and cannot be bypassed in the slightest, just so you are aware!

Thanks it's very strange as I still have WiFi and access to internet. I am fully up to date with all bills I just was surprised how they cancelled my broadband without letting me know. I have done an online complaint form

@Julie322 Your whole posting does not make sense and now more contradicting messages on it, so it is getting very hard and confusing to say the least, but do be carefull if sky are saying you have NO internet you can get cut off, and yes you should get an e-mail but that's like everything the mail is in the post, know what i mean! And if you do lose it getting it back is NOT going to be instant, just trying to make you aware!
