Hello, Ive had a problem with broadband activation. It was meant to go live last night on the 2/11/23 but as of yet it is still not working, even tho on the sky app it says activation complete and I have not received a text of activation aswell. Thank you for any help!!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Karolis1 check you have connected the Sky hub as shown in the leaflet thst came with it. If you have and the hub doesn't connect give Sky a call to find out what the problem is.

Hello, yeah i have tried calling them and after an hour long call I've been asked to wait for an engineer visit but at this point I dont even know if they are coming as the support person could not book a visit due to internal system problems. So I will update after tomorrow.
