What do you mean by a "broadband multi box" as there is no such thing so do you mean something like a booster or pod to improve then signal in your property ?

@Linzidavies you need to call Sky. If you already have one extender pod as part of a Sky WiFi Max package they are likely to arrange an engineer to come out to check your network who if it is required can agree for up to 2 more pods. Otherwise Sky used to supply boosters as part of the older Broadband Boost package or where Sky Q boxesxare not connecting.
