Broadband malfunction

 My Wi if doesn't work! I turned off the electricity for a couple of minutes and after The broadband showed green light for power and wi fi but an orange light for internet and voice, and it's still the case. I tried to re set it a couple of times but it doesn't change anything. What should we do? And what is the cause of it?
