Broadband loses connection

My Broadband was apparently fixed on Monday March 11th but since then the service has actually been worse.

Loss of connection.

Failure to connect to Sky Q.

Repeated Loss of signal to Sky and Netflix.

Phones having to switch to 4G/5G coverage.

It varies. 36.5- 39.5 mb/s although now i run the diagnostics and it does show a fault, so have booked an engineer.
