Just had sky broadband installed today everything was fine until about 5 minutes ago when it suddenly stopped working.
the internet light on the router has gone off

@PSKIK hi you would need to contact sky so they can notify openreach about the issue and the quicker they know the quicker it cn be resoledand if you have your landline with sky you can contactthem free on 150 or if you have sky mobile you can call them on 150 on a mobile if your on sky mobile 🙂 (but the avtivation can take till midnight to fully activate but if not working the day after too then contact sky but thats your decison hope my advice helps in some way hope your issue gets resolved soon 🙂 😄
