Find out more@VickyW72 if the internet light stays green your hub is connected to the internet so it is possible the slow down is due to wifi issues in your home. Try restarting your hub as thst will gorcecit to find the least congested wifi channel thst can help also try a few of the ideas here Sky Help - Slow wifi
