Broadband keeps going off

Since upgrading to your top broadband package for my area I have had intermittent broadband signal which is very disappointing especially due to the cost the upgrade is Why is my broadband signal not consistent and why do I have to keep unplugging it to reset it to make it work I am getting very frustrated with it keep going off and my account telling me there's no issues

@Handj2829 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. However forum members maybe able to help. The first thing to establlish is the  issue speeds to the Sky hub or from the Sky hub to your devices?

 

WiFi speeds in the home do vary due to multiple factors linked to the layout and type of construction of your home which are largely out of Sky's control butvthere are things you can do. Speeds to the hub are guaranteed and you can see the hidtory of your connection by using the online connection test in the My Sky app by clicking to get more information.
