Broadband keeps going down.

This is happening more frequently. When do I receive a discount through your guarantee?

@Bunecarlos you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. Compensation kicks in after 2 full working days with out any service see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com

 

Loads of people getting line drops currently mainly linked to the very heavy rain. However if you go into the Service Checker innthe My Sky app and click tontest the broadband connection the test can offer to book an engineer to check the line.
