Broadband keeps falling over

I currently have no internet connection, but no issues are flagged on Sky's broadband checker.

When I try to connect to my WiFi, it asks me to sign in, then tells me that there's an IP configuration problem.

What's the issue?

I've gone through the troubleshooting steps (waste of time), reset the hub, switched everything off and then on again after a minute, but still the problem persists. The same thing happened yesterday afternoon too.

Re: Broadband keeps falling over

@caesarome I've gone through all of it, multiple times now, but it's not flagging, or fixing any problems. 🤷

The broadband checker says that everything is fine and tells me that I have a connection, even though the lights on the hub say otherwise.

I take it you have tried rebooting your broadband hub at the mains by leaving it off for 10 minutes ?

Re: Broadband keeps falling over

@caesarome yep, but it hasn't fixed the issue.
